Ribas Hotels Group’s Balinese Portfolio Enlarged with Two Properties

On May 27, 2024, Ribas Hotels Group, an international hotel operator, and the AVALON GROUP BALI development company successfully signed a memorandum on the partnership for economic activity in accordance with the system and standardization of hotel business and management of the apartment complexes, Buddha Club House and Just Club House, located in Canggu, Bali, 700 meters from Berawa Beach.
This partnership is an important milestone for developing tourism infrastructure in Canggu and providing high-quality services to guests from all over the world.
The AVALON BALI GROUP development company makes commitments for the project as below:
- To ensure that the facility complies with the terms of the contract, the project presented to the investor, general technical standards and regulations of urban planning, and to assume full responsibility for the quality and safety of the facility;
- To build the facility in accordance with the apartments’ standards and the agreed concept within the stated timeframe and in accordance with the current state standards of hotel real estate;
- To perform finishing work and furnish rooms and common areas, and install utility systems that meet the standards of the project's apartments and the agreed concept of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel operator;
- To assume responsibility for the sale of apartments and customer support for investors.
Ribas Hotels Group makes commitments for the Buddha Club House and Just Club House apartment projects as below:
- To provide ongoing management support and operational services at all stages of construction and operation of the apartments;
- To ensure control over compliance with the standards and requirements for technological planning of apartments;
- To monitor compliance with the standards and requirements of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel operator during the operation of the facility.
