Named after the legendary twentieth-century writer, the Fitzgerald cocktail combines gin, homemade lime cordial, and absinthe, a drink that was popular in the time of Francis Scott Fitzgerald. His writings, as well as the era in which he lived, inspired the creation of The Fitz bar.

This cocktail was created specifically for the Elements menu, which is dedicated to the elements of nature through which we understand ourselves and the world.
