The Mandra Glamping Resort Chain Expands with a New Investment Project

The Ukrainian Mandra Glamping Resort chain comprises five glamping sites: Mandra Hills (the village of Richka , Transcarpathian region), MANDRA Kaniv (the village of Liplyave, Cherkasy region), currently shut down MANDRA Chateau Trubetskoy (the village of Vesele, Kherson region), MANDRA Zatoka (the village of Zatoka, Odesa region), MANDRA Lavandiia (the village of Protopopivka, Odesa region). At the moment, the sixth glamping site of the chain, Mandra Dzen, is under construction in the village of Yablunytsia. The project’s special feature is that it offers cottages for sale.

The first phase of the Mandra Dzen glamping site features 15 cottages with an area starting from 34 m2 each with a vat and panoramic views of the Chornohora mountain range, Mount Hoverla and Mount Petros. The site will be put into operation at the end of 2024. This is an investment project.

The second phase of the glamping site will include a SPA complex, a swimming pool with a panoramic view and other infrastructure options.

Mandra Dzen is the first investment project of the Mandra Glamping brand that offers cottages for sale to investors. The price includes a turnkey renovated house with furnishings and appliances. This is a viable investment property with a return of up to 16% per annum with the capitalization of interest.
