New Hotel Under Management: Ama Family Resort European-Standard Hotel Complex

On August 17, 2022, Ribas Hotels Group, a Ukrainian national hotel operator, and the Ama Family Resort hotel complex successfully signed a memorandum on the partnership for economic activity in accordance with the system and standardization of hotel business and management of the hotel complex after commissioning.

According to the Memorandum, the Ama Family Resort hotel complex makes commitments for the project as below:

To ensure that the facility complies with the terms of the contract, the project presented to the investor, general technical standards and regulations of urban planning, and to assume full responsibility for the quality and safety of the facility;
To build the facility in accordance with Ukraine’s National Building Code and the standards of the hotel chain of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel operator within the stated timeframe;
To perform finishing work and furnish rooms and common areas, and install utility systems that meet the standards of the hotel chain of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel operator;
To assume responsibility for the sale of apartments and customer support for investors.

Ribas Hotels Group makes commitments for the project as below:

To provide ongoing support, including advanced professional training, management support and operational services at all stages of construction and operation of the hotel;
To ensure control over compliance with the standards and requirements for technological planning of the hotel;
To ensure control over compliance with the standards and requirements of Ribas Hotels Group during the operation of the hotel.

Ama Family Resort is a European-standard hotel complex, which comprises 29 townhouses and an apart-hotel with 62 apartments located in the village of Polyanitsa. The project’s infrastructure offers a restaurant, spa, terrace, sunbathing area, scenic viewpoints, lounge area, cycling area, jacuzzi, children’s area with a movie theater, parking and free ski bus in winter. The hotel complex is scheduled to be commissioned in Q2 2024. The project is developed by the Family Resort Bukovel housing construction cooperative.
