Pavza Village & SPA will consist of 68 cottages with terraces and developed infrastructure. The facility will be commissioned in the 3rd quarter of 2025. This is an investment project offering a yield of 16%.
Ribas Hotels Group has taken over the management of Pavza Village & SPA cottage community. In the Memorandum of Understanding concluded on March 27, 2024, the parties agreed that EFFECTBUD Developer is responsible for the construction of the cottage community in accordance with the general technical norms and standards of Ribas Hotels Group, as well as for finishing works, sales and customer support. In its turn, Ribas Hotels Group controls all stages of construction, ensures compliance with all requirements and standards of the cottage community. In addition, the company is responsible for creating the creative and architectural concept, design and equipment of the facility. After commissioning, it will be responsible for its management.
The village is located by the river and surrounded by mountains. It will allow guests to return to their childhood to their grandmother’s cottage and pick apples, go to the field, climb into the attic where mushrooms and flowers are dried.
The total area of Pavza Village & SPA is 4309 m2. Each house has its own yard. In addition, the cottage community will include a restaurant, a cafe near the bridge, a swimming pool, a SPA, a cinema, common areas for recreation and outdoor activities, and parking.
