Adding to the portfolio in Bali: Ribas Hotels Group takes over management of a villa complex and apart-hotel in the most amazing location on the island

Ribas Hotels Group as part of its active expansion of professional activities in the international market, has taken over the management of Moon Rock Villas and Big Waves Berawa apart-hotel, located on the island of Bali (Indonesia). The projects are being implemented in partnership with Big Waves Development.

Big Waves Berawa Aparthotel is an investment project, located in the popular tourist area of Chang. It will certainly become a magnet for tourists. The facility includes a swimming pool, as well as a lot of infrastructure within walking distance. Its concept is to create a cozy place for deep relaxation, which will be achieved through a friendly community, content and atmospheric Balinese interiors. The project in Bali is scheduled to be commissioned in 2024. This is the second apart-hotel on the island of Bali managed by Ribas Hotels Group. In June, the company took over the management of the Anta Residence Canggu project.

Moon Rock Villas is a complex of villas in a protected area surrounded by rice terraces, jungle and teak forest. The facility has a diverse infrastructure: a shopping center, a zoo, a temple, a supermarket, a jewelry workshop and a large jewelry boutique, a bird park, a healthy food restaurant, a reptile park, and an extreme sports center. It is worth noting the convenient logistics – 20 minutes to the Sanur area and beaches, as well as 20 minutes to Ubud. Investors can invest in these villas in Bali.

The villas will have 2 types of layouts: one with one bedroom, 90 m2 in area with a swimming pool, and two with two bedrooms, 130 m2 in area with a swimming pool. The project was launched in July 2023 and is scheduled to be completed in July 2024. The land plot was leased for 25 years with a guaranteed right to extend the lease for another 25 years.

Ribas Hotels Group has been operating in the market since 2014. Ribas Hotels Group has 28 properties under integrated management and exclusive booking. Six of them were designed and built by the company. These are city, beach and ski hotels. The total number of rooms of the operator is more than 1000.
