Ongoing development: Ribas Hotels Group to attract a global brand to one of its future hotels

Ribas Hotels Group continues to develop new projects in Ukraine. Thus, the company is implementing a project in Bukovel, including with the involvement of a global brand in the upper upscale segment, the name of which has not yet been disclosed. All other facilities will be implemented under the brands Ribas, Ribas Rooms, WOL home + hotel.
It should be noted that the company already manages one hotel under the international brand — Radisson City Center Odesa.
Currently, the company's portfolio includes 54 hotels under management and construction. Anothr 6 projects are at the signing stage.
“Every year we improve our design and construction standards, expand and deepen the quality of our concepts. I see and feel that in 2026-2030, many large and powerful concept hotels will open in Ukraine. We believe and hope that by then we will have won and will be welcoming tens of millions of foreign guests in our hospitable arms. In the meantime, we are working to ensure that there are not more investors who believe in Ukraine, but better service in our projects,” commented Artur Lupashko, founder of Ribas Hotels Group..
It is worth noting that in 2024 the company plans to attract 10 new development projects. This is its limit for the year, because, according to Artur Lupashko, taking on more projects will affect the quality of their development and uniqueness.
