Ribas Hotels Group signs Memorandum of Cooperation with LEV Development

On 15 June 2023, the Ukrainian national hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group and the development company LEV Development successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the implementation of partnership business activities on the system and standardisation of hotel business and management of investment hotels LEV СITY HOTEL and LEV Resort Hotel.

According to the agreement, the development company LEV Development assumes the following obligations in the project:

ensure that the hotel complies with the terms of the contract, the project presented to the investor, and general technical standards and regulations for urban development. Full responsibility for the quality and safety of the hotel;
to build the hotel in accordance with the State Standards of Ukraine and standards of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel chain within the stated timeframe;
to carry out finishing works and furnish rooms and common areas, as well as engineering systems that meet the standards of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel chain;
be responsible for the sale of apartments and customer support for investors.

For its part, Ribas Hotels Group makes the following commitments to the project:

provide ongoing support, including training, management support and operational services at all stages of hotel construction and operation;
ensure compliance with the standards and requirements for technological planning of the hotel;
monitor compliance with the standards and requirements of the Ribas Hotels Group during the operation of the hotel.

LEV СITY HOTEL is an apartment hotel in the centre of Lviv that will offer 92 designer apartments. The rooms were designed by Lviv-based designer Mark Savytskyi and his team. The hotel has a modern ergonomic layout for comfortable living and recreation. The infrastructure of LEV СITY HOTEL includes a restaurant, patio area, business area, as well as parking and concierge service.

LEV Resort Hotel is an apartment hotel located in Bukovel. It offers 134 rooms. The hotel’s infrastructure includes a swimming pool, fitness area, restaurant, children’s room, ski room, lobby bar, banking services, business area.

The apart-hotels are currently at the final stage of construction. They are scheduled to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2024.

Ribas Hotels Group has been operating in the market since 2014. Ribas Hotels Group has 28 properties under integrated management and exclusive booking. Six of them were designed and built by the company. These are city, beach and ski hotels. The operator’s total room capacity is over 1000 rooms.
