Ribas Hotels Group signed an agreement on the management of WOL.GREEN Polyana apartments

On August 5, 2022, Ribas Hotels Group, a Ukrainian national hotel operator, and Arena Bud, a development company, successfully signed a Memorandum on the implementation of partnership business activities based on the system and standardization of hotel business and management of WOL.GREEN Polyana apartments.

The apart-hotel will be built in the 4th quarter of 2024 in the city of Polyana, which is surrounded by forests and the picturesque Carpathians. The hotel object with a total area of 1164.3 m2 will offer 78 apartments of different categories: smart apartments with an area of 24-26 m2, one-room apartments – 30-35 m2, junior suites (3 rooms, 2 bathrooms) – 50-60 m2, suites (3 rooms, 2 bathrooms ) – 95 m2.

In the rooms of WOL.GREEN Polyana, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, every detail in the interior is designed to create exceptional comfort. In addition to accommodation, guests can relax in the SPA, swim in the pool, and do sports in nature or in the fitness club. There is also a restaurant, a co-working space, a roof terrace, a children`s area and a parking lot with charging for electric cars.

According to the agreement, the development company Arena Bud undertakes the following obligations in the project:

• to ensure compliance of the object with the terms of the concluded contract, presented to the investor of this project, with general technical norms and urban planning regulations, as well as to assume full responsibility for the quality and safety of the object;
• to build the object according to the apartment standards in the stated terms and in accordance with the current state standards of hotel real estate;
• to carry out finishing works and equipment of rooms and common areas, as well as to install engineering systems that meet the standards of the apartments of the project of the hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group;
• be responsible for the sale of apartments and customer support for investors.

For its part, Ribas Hotels Group undertakes the following obligations in WOL.GREEN Polyana apartments:

• provide constant management support and operational services at all stages of construction and operation of apartments;
• to ensure compliance with standards and requirements for technological planning of apartments;
• ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of the hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group during the operation of the hotel object.

Currently, there is still the sale of apartments in WOL.GREEN Polyana. The cost is $2,200/m2 with turnkey renovation. The profitability of the apart-hotel is up to 14% per annum.
