Ribas Hotels Group Has Opened an Office in Kyiv and Plans to Open One in Warsaw to Optimize Operations in Ukraine and Europe

Hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group is scaling up. The company has opened an office in Kyiv in the Spaces Maidan Plaza coworking space at 2 Maidan Nezalezhnosti. The company also plans to open a representative office in Warsaw in early November. This will help to boost cooperation with partners and unlock new opportunities to scale up the company.

“The goal of Ribas Hotels Group is to build a global hotel chain so that the whole world could experience the quality of Ukrainian service. Ribas Hotels Group now runs 28 properties. Another 26 projects are under design and construction. Parallel to this, we are also negotiating the management of hotels in Kyiv. So opening new offices is a logical step in the company's evolution. In addition, the Ribas Hotels Group team is continuously expanding and scaling beyond Ukraine,” said Artur Lupashko, the founder of Ribas Hotels Group.

“Our new office is located in the very center of the city, and work is already in full swing here. The opening of this office will help us more effectively build cooperation with partners and provide new opportunities for the company’s development,” pointed out Oleksandra Laukhina, head of Development and Marketing Department at Ribas Hotels Group.

The Kyiv office will be the third representative office in Ukraine. The head office is located in Odesa at 25 Prospekt Gagarina, and we also operate an office in Lviv. The company is also planning to open an office in Warsaw soon, which will be the third representative office of the company abroad. Since June 2023, the Ribas Hotels Group office has been open on the island of Bali (Indonesia). With its partner Dwell Bell, the company is represented in Austria, and our nearest plans for scaling up include opening an office in Kazakhstan (in Almaty).
