Another step towards the global Ribas Hotels chain: management agreement signed for Bali property

On 19 June 2023, Ribas Hotels Group, the Ukrainian national hotel operator, and international developer ANTA Group successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the implementation of partnership business activities on the system and standardisation of hotel business and management of Anta Residence Canggu apartments.

This is a premium investment apartment complex located in the tourist area of Changgu on the island of Bali, 7 minutes from the ocean. It offers a unique infrastructure: a rooftop jungle, a tropical pool overlooking the ocean, a children’s room, a coffee shop from a global brand, underground parking, coworking, and a private golf cart transfer to and from the beach.

The net annual return of this project in Bali is from 20%. The cost of apartments starts from $120,000.

According to the agreement, the international developer ANTA Group assumes the following obligations in the project:

• ensure that the property complies with the terms of the contract, the project presented to the investor, and general technical standards and regulations for urban development. Full responsibility for the quality and safety of the hotel;
• to build the facility in accordance with the State Standards of Ukraine and the standards of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel chain within the stated timeframe;
• to carry out finishing works and furnish rooms and common areas, as well as engineering systems that meet the standards of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel chain;
• be responsible for the sale of apartments and customer support for investors.

Ribas Hotels Group makes the following commitments to the project:

• provide ongoing support, including training, management support and operational services at all stages of hotel construction and operation;
• ensure compliance with the standards and requirements for technological planning of the hotel;
• monitor compliance with the standards and requirements of the Ribas Hotels Group during the operation of the hotel.
