We are happy to announce that the Malahit Resort & SPA 2nd phase project developed by MBA Development has started selling cottages. The operating profitability of the cottage town is 11.7%, while the capitalization is 15.1%. The expected payback period of the investment is 8.5 years.
The complex is located just 15 minutes from the center of the village of Mykulychyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region, in a picturesque area with a mountainous terrain, bordering a forest belt, which creates a unique atmosphere of being one with nature.
The total area of the complex covers 0.9 hectares and includes 19 duplexes with 38 sections and 12 three-story cylindrical buildings.
