New Ribas Rooms Lutsk Hotel Opened in Lutsk

On December 15, 2021, the new 25-room Ribas Rooms Lutsk hotel opened its doors in Lutsk at 3a Havryliuka Street.

The hotel's total area is 820 m2. The average room size is 23 m2.

The construction of the hotel lasted 16 months. The project was architected by the Design House Colibri studio under the direction of Iryna Kozachuk, the studio’s chief architect and designer.

The Ribas Rooms Lutsk's style can be defined as Japandi, a mixture of Scandinavian hygge and Japanese wabi-sabi, which creates a clean, calm environment where you can truly relax.

The unique character of the design solution for the hotel’s rooms comes from their layout to offer the maximum sense of space. Panoramic windows open up the view of the old town with Lubart's Castle spread out before you. Glass partitions let the sun’s beams flood into different zones, thus uniting the room into one space while preserving the privacy of each room's zone.The relaxing atmosphere is created by the diverse lighting solutions of the rooms; not only does the look, but also the “shape” of the room change without a traditional central chandelier on the ceiling, but with architectural hidden lights.

The hotel’s infrastructure includes a lobby with a breakfast area and a coworking area. Ribas Rooms Lutsk also offers an outdoor parking lot for 17 cars.

It is worth mentioning that the amount of investment in the Ribas Rooms Lutsk hotel is about 40 million Ukrainian hryvnias.

Ribas Rooms Hotels is a modern hotel sub-brand of the Ribas Hotels chain. Within the next three years, the company plans on opening hotels under this brand in 15 cities of Ukraine; these are tourist locations and the largest regional centers of Ukraine.
