The first stage of construction consists of 52 cottages with panoramic windows, a restaurant and a spa. Cottages — one-story 2-room apartments, fully equipped and renovated, as well as own land plot.
The area of the buildings is 54 m2. The cottages are equipped with:
- viewing glazed terrace
- the tank is mounted on the terrace
- parking
The second stage of construction provides for 50 rooms of different categories and size:
- 19 duplexes with 38 sections
- 12 three-story cylindrical buildings
The architecture of the houses varies from traditional square to unique rounded shapes, which gives the town variety and dynamics.
The facades of the houses are decorated with green inserts that harmoniously fit into the surrounding landscape and create a feeling of unity with nature. Animal feeders located on the facades add a special charm and bring an element of interaction with the local fauna.
