Cottage Town in the West: Ribas Hotels Group Has Taken Over Management of the New Morion Project

On July 15, 2022, Ribas Hotels Group, a Ukrainian national hotel operator, and the MORION cottage town successfully signed a memorandum on the partnership for economic activity in accordance with the system and standardization of hotel business and management of the facility after commissioning.

According to the Memorandum, the MORION cottage town makes commitments for the project as below:

• To ensure that the facility complies with the terms of the contract, the project presented to the investor, general technical standards and regulations of urban planning, and to assume full responsibility for the quality and safety of the facility;
• To build the facility in accordance with Ukraine’s National Building Code and the standards of the hotel chain of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel operator within the stated timeframe;
• To perform finishing work and furnish rooms and common areas, and install utility systems that meet the standards of the hotel chain of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel operator;
• To assume responsibility for the sale of apartments and customer support for investors.

Ribas Hotels Group makes commitments for the project as below:

• To provide ongoing support, including advanced professional training, management support and operational services at all stages of construction and operation of the hotel;
• To ensure control over compliance with the standards and requirements for technological planning of the hotel;
• To ensure control over compliance with the standards and requirements of Ribas Hotels Group during the operation of the hotel.

The MORION cottage town is a complex of 19 cottages with their own land plot, located in the village of Mykulychyn. The project is developed by MBA DEVELOPMENT. The infrastructure facilities of the complex include a swimming pool, a playground, a breakfast cafe and a parking lot. The complex is scheduled to be commissioned in Q4 2023.
