Turiiske Podvir'ia is a countryside restaurant and hotel complex whose concept is built around the idea of rest in nature and a sense of seclusion. The project combines the existing and new territories into a single space, where architecture, landscape and different ways of spending time work together as one cohesive system.

Mélis

A hotel that blends with the forest. It consists of two rows, united by a single space of the first floor and a basement service floor. The total number of rooms in the complex is about 300 rooms.

Mandra Petrichor (2-nd phase)

The second phase of the Mandra Petrichor cottage town is a space created for family recreation, where children discover the world and adults truly recover. About 40 houses form a cozy environment with thoughtful infrastructure: swimming pools, children's areas, creative spaces and unique locations such as a tree house and a capybara house with a lake.

Тут з'являться спа-комплекс на 600 м², конференц-зал на 450 м², озеро біля ресторану та тераси на деревах, а бар доповнить секс-шоп. А кожна вілла для двох — це власний сценарій побачення: спальня з видом на ліс, ліжко king size, велика ванна та джакузі для двох, дві раковини в санвузлі, проєктор для романтичних фільмів, винна шафа й колекція психологічних настільних ігор.
