The Mandra Petrichor cottage town combines three concepts: "Zone of Calm," "Space for Conscious Parents," and "Adults Only." The third phase is a closed, adults-only territory created for dates and time together. It will feature a 600 m² spa complex, a 450 m² conference hall, a lake by the restaurant, and treetop terraces, with the bar rounded out by a sex shop. Each villa for two follows its own date scenario: a bedroom with forest views, a king-size bed, a large bathtub and jacuzzi for two, double sinks in the bathroom, a projector for romantic movies, a wine cabinet, and a collection of psychological board games.
