Guests can arrive with just one suitcase: the apartments already have everything they need — bed linen, tableware, appliances, a workspace, thoughtfully positioned power outlets, and blackout curtains. Guests can choose the décor themselves, according to their personal taste.

After check-in, there is no need to go through the front desk every time — apartment doors can be opened using a smartphone, allowing guests to go straight to their own space. When they want a change of scenery, there is a shared area with a snack bar, workspace, and terrace. This creates a balance between privacy and the opportunity to socialize whenever desired.
