The history of creation and development

The first hotel project within the Ribas Hotels Group was implemented in 2012, in Odessa region.

Two years later, in 2014, a second project was launched in Odessa - the cozy apartment hotel named Ribas. This was the official start of the company’s active development phase.

From that time, the Ribas Hotels Group creates hotel real estate objects, providing both reconstruction and construction works on it.

The Ribas Hotels Group develops three-star and four-star hotels, beach resorts, ski hotels, apart-hotels.

For the last 9 years, 28 properties have been transferred to the operational management and exclusive booking of the company, with a total number of over 1,000 rooms.

Ribas Hotels Group designed, built and launched 10 hotel facilities, including the Ribas Karpaty ski hotel, the Wol.121 by Ribas aparthotel, The Ribas Rooms brand business hotels, the city Hotel Bortoli by Ribas and others.
