The Mandra Petrichor cottage town combines three concepts: “Area of Peace”, “Space for Conscious Parents” and “Adults Only”. The second phase of the cottage town is a space created for family recreation, where children discover the world and adults truly recover. About 40 houses form a cozy environment with thoughtful infrastructure: swimming pools, children's areas, creative spaces and unique locations such as a tree house and a capybara house with a lake.
