Ribas Hotel Group — No. 1 in Reputation Among Hotel Operators in Ukraine
According to the results of the VII National Corporate Reputation Management Quality Ranking “Reputational ACTIVists,” Ribas Hotel Group ranked first in the category “HoReCa — hotels and hotel management operators.”
This year, 663 leading companies across various industries competed for top positions, divided into 36 categories. The results were determined by a jury consisting of 149 independent analysts, industry experts, and representatives of leading media. They identified companies that not only operate but systematically build a strong reputation.
The evaluation was based on five key criteria: reputational stability, CSR image capital, media activity, innovative approach, and crisis resilience.
In the category “HoReCa — hotels and hotel management operators,” Ribas Hotel Group achieved the highest overall score across all indicators, confirming its leadership not only in service but also in building trust, communication, and brand development.
This recognition reflects systematic work on reputation, which today becomes no less valuable than the product itself.
Artur Lupashko, the company’s founder, shared his thoughts on the award: “We consciously invest resources every day to strengthen and maintain our reputation: we build transparent relationships with partners, investors, and guests, handle every request without exception — for this purpose, we have two dedicated departments: a client service team for investors and a guest care department — and we remain open at all levels, from the founder to the entire team.”
