Yuliya Kosenko spoke on “How a management company works and what is its role in development projects: apart-hotels and cottages”. She explained that hotels can bring profit even during the war, but it is essential to work out their concept and offer a distinctive service package.
In particular, the speaker cited the example of Ribas Hotels Group hotels. According to the speaker, the average occupancy of the Ribas Karpaty hotel in 2023 amounted to 54,9%, and the completion rate of the plan of profits made 104%. The DIDUKH Eco-Hotel & SPA hotel, which opened in the winter of 2023, has since then demonstrated an average occupancy rate of 59,1%, and a completion rate of the plan of profits of 102%. And this is due to a properly chosen management company that provides professional service.
In addition, Yuliya Kosenko noted that according to a survey conducted by Gradus Research for Ribas Hotels Group, the majority of Ukrainians (85%) have a positive attitude toward vacationing within Ukraine in the time of martial law. 51% of the surveyed are planning a vacation in Ukraine this summer. So Ukrainian hotels are now ready to welcome guests.
