TEMO hotel design is a studio within the Ribas Hotels Group ecosystem creating architecture and interior design for hotels in Ukraine and globally. 1. Pre-Design Territory Development Concept – preliminary project vision before construction begins.

Pre-design concept is a strategic stage enabling key decisions to be made before land purchase, detailed design investment and construction.

Stage objective—assess territory potential, reduce risks and form holistic vision of future hotel complex.

Service includes site analysis, development of several building placement scenarios considering all urban planning, natural and engineering constraints, technical and economic indicator (TEI) calculation and object stylistic concept formation.

Project composition:

• Design site analytical schemes (urban planning analysis)
• Master plan schemes (2-3 territory use scenarios for comparison)
• 3D scheme (axonometry) with building volumes positioned considering terrain
• Approximate technical and economic indicators for site and buildings (TEIs)

2. Architectural Design – volumetric and spatial solution for future hotel (from sketch to working documentation).

Architecture is the foundation of hotel product concept; each decision affects future guest impressions and staff work optimisation.

Precisely at the architecture development stage studio separates guest and staff flows, establishes space usage scenarios and forms guest experience.

Authorial supervision objective—ensure implementation compliance with design solutions and recreate in reality the concept embedded in visualisations.

Authorial supervision includes:

5. Procurement – selection, calculation, purchase and logistics of all interior elements

Procurement includes work with finishing materials, furniture (ready-made and custom-manufactured), lighting, plumbing, electrical equipment, decor and textiles, including hotel bed linen.
