Investments, service, and development: how Oleksandr Usyk and Ribas Hotels Group are delivering a joint project in Bali

Ukrainian businesses are expanding beyond local markets and developing projects on an international scale. One such example is the strategic partnership between three Ukrainian brands: the international management company Ribas Hotels Group, the development company Avalon Bali Group, and the Ready to Fight platform founded by legendary Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk. Together, they have created one of the most powerful investment clusters in Bali, at the intersection of development, service, and sports culture.

The collaboration combines the developer’s expertise, the hotel operator’s international experience, and the power of a personal brand associated with discipline, focus on results, and long-term strategy. At the heart of this partnership are three premium aparthotels: OM Apartments, Buddha Club House, and TAO Club House.

Three projects — one investment logic

OM Apartments (Changu) — a premium apartment complex in one of Bali’s most developed locations. The five-storey building with apartments featuring private pools or terraces with jacuzzis is aimed at guests who value privacy, design and service.

Buddha Club House (Canggu) is an aparthotel located 700 metres from the Indian Ocean coast. The project combines a resort atmosphere, modern architecture and access to the region’s key tourist infrastructure.

TAO Club House is a larger complex in a picturesque area of Bali. The 7-storey building with 129 apartments of various sizes is designed as a complete space for living and recreation with its own infrastructure.

What is the role of Ribas Hotels Group?

For Ribas Hotels Group, participation in this project is a logical continuation of its international development strategy. The company is responsible for the operational model, service, management and long-term efficiency of the facilities. According to the hotel operator’s calculations, the projected operating profitability for the third year of operation is 12–14% per annum.

This partnership demonstrates a new level of presence for Ukrainian brands in the global market, where development, service and a strong brand work as a single system. The projects in Bali are an example of how strategic thinking and professional expertise can create international-level investment solutions with transparent logic and long-term value.

Why Bali?

In 2026, Indonesia remains one of the most dynamic economies in the Asia-Pacific region. The country ranks among the top 20 global economies in terms of GDP, with tourism playing a central role in this model. The island of Bali generates more than half of the country’s tourism revenue and remains a focal point for foreign investors. A steady flow of tourists, growing demand for quality accommodation and a limited number of premium properties create conditions for predictable long-term profitability.

In 2025 alone, Bali welcomed 7.05 million foreign tourists and another 9 million domestic travellers. In total, more than 16 million visitors per year, which is a historic record for the island. The market expects that in 2026, demand for high-quality hotel infrastructure will remain strong, and investor interest in premium hospitality projects will grow. This creates a favourable environment for long-term investment in development and hotel projects on the island.
