Ribas Hotels expands its network to Bali: a memorandum on the management of PGD Aparthotel is signed
The international management company Ribas Hotels Group and the leading Ukrainian developer Premier Global Development signed a Memorandum on the implementation of partnership economic activities for the management of the PGD Aparthotel complex in Baly. The apartment is located in the prestigious district of Tibubeneng (Tibubeneng, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung) and consists of 85 apartments (71 one-room rooms and 14 two-room rooms), with a total area of 6800 m². Completion of construction and opening of the complex is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2025.
The infrastructure of the PGD Aparthotel complex includes:
- swimming pool for adults and children;
- restaurant;
- two coworking spaces (rooftop and in a closed area);
- parking for cars and bikes;
- gym;
- open air cinema.
According to the memorandum, the development company Premier Global Development undertakes the following obligations for the project:
- to ensure compliance of the object with the conditions of the concluded contract, presented to the project investor, general technical norms and regulations of urban planning, as well as to assume full responsibility for the quality and safety of the object;
- build an object according to the standards of apartments in the stated terms and in accordance with the current state standards of hotel real estate;
- will carry out finishing works and furnishing rooms and common areas, as well as installing engineering systems that meet the standards of the apartments of the Ribas Hotels Group project management company;
- be responsible for the sale of apartments and client support for investors.
Ribas Hotels Group, on its part, undertakes the following obligations for PGD Aparthotel:
- provide constant support in management and operational services at all stages of construction and operation of apartments;
- ensure control over compliance with standards and requirements for technological planning of apartments;
- ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of the managing company Ribas Hotels Group during the facility’s operation.
