Ribas Hotels Group, the Ukrainian national hotel operator, and Malakhit Resort & Spa Cottage Village on 2 June 2023 successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the implementation of partnership business activities on the system and standardisation of hotel business and management of Malakhit Resort & Spa Cottage Village. It was a logical continuation of co-operation with the construction company MBA DEVELOPMENT, with whom we are working on the project "AGAT Resort & SPA", which is now successfully sold.
Malakhit Resort & Spa" is a complex of 52 cottages with their own land plot, located in the village of Mikulichin. These are one-storey houses with the area of 50, 20 m2. Their panoramic windows overlook the mountain views.
The territory has its own SPA with vats, font, sauna, heated outdoor swimming pool. There will also be a restaurant in the cottage town.
Malachite Resort & Spa Cottage Village makes the following commitments in the project:
- to ensure that the hotel complies with the terms of the concluded contract, the project investor's claim, general technical norms and urban planning regulations. Full responsibility for the quality and safety of the hotel;
- to build the hotel in accordance with the State Construction Standards and the standards of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel chain within the announced timeframe;
- to make finishing works and completion of rooms and common areas, as well as engineering systems to meet the standards of the hotel chain of hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group;
- be responsible for the sale of cottages and customer support for investors.
Ribas Hotels Group undertakes the following commitments for the project:
- provide ongoing support, including skills development, management support and operational services throughout the construction and operation of the cottages;
- ensure compliance with cottage technology planning standards and requirements;
- ensure compliance with Ribas Hotels Group standards and requirements when operating the cottages.
Ribas Hotels Group was founded in 2014. The company has 28 properties under integrated management and exclusive booking. The operator's total room capacity is over 1000 rooms.
