Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly evolving and making a strong impact on business development. However, there are concerns in the market that some employees in companies will be laid off and replaced by AI.

While some businesses have actually reduced the number of employees after implementing the technology, this will not be the case for all companies in the future. After all, the use of artificial intelligence is aimed at scaling companies and optimizing routine tasks. That's why, in my opinion, it can lead to an increase in the number of employees.

I'll use ChatGPT for my work. Every now and then I ask ChatGPT for some interesting points in articles or even for help in writing these points. As for using ChatGPT for business purposes, it even came up with a name for one of our companies and a slogan. However, for example, the logos it suggested did not fit us, so we engaged a designer. We are also currently implementing AI tools in our business processes, which, according to preliminary estimates, can save more than 100 hours for each of our employees per year.

Today, our company is partnering with an artificial intelligence specialist. He recently held a master class where he interacted with employees of each department. They provided him with details of their routine tasks, and we are currently working on automating 5-7 of these processes using AI tools.

Our main idea is to implement artificial intelligence in every department this year. However, the question arises: how many tasks can be optimized? This scope varies from 10% to 30
