Construction of Moon Rock Villas Phase 2 Begins in Bali
Ukrainian developer Big Waves Development, in partnership with Ribas Hotels Group, has launched construction of the second phase of the Moon Rock Villas complex on the island of Bali (Indonesia), following the successful sales of the first phase, according to the press service of Ribas Hotels Group.
Moon Rock Villas 2.0 is the fourth development project by Big Waves Development in Bali and is being implemented in partnership with international hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group, which operates in Ukraine, Europe, and Asia.
The second phase of Moon Rock Villas includes the construction of 18 private villas with one and two bedrooms, measuring 63 and 116 sq m respectively, each featuring a private swimming pool. The villas are designed in a minimalist style, using natural materials throughout.
The complex will offer 24/7 concierge service, security and parking, a large swimming pool, an on-site restaurant and bar, an open-air cinema, as well as a spa area with a jacuzzi and waterfall. Special attention has been given to recreational zones integrated into the natural surroundings of the complex.
The project is located in central Bali, in the Batubulan area, close to the island’s key destinations. For example, Sanur Beach is approximately a 20-minute drive away, while Ubud, the Tegenungan and Kanto Lampo waterfalls, and other popular tourist attractions can be reached within 30–40 minutes.
According to Big Waves Development, the project is aimed at investors who view Bali real estate as a long-term asset with professional management by Ribas Hotels Group. After the complex is commissioned, investors are expected to enter into a notarized 10-year lease agreement with an option for extension. According to the operator’s projections, the project’s operational yield may reach up to 16.2% annually by the third year of operation.
