Petrichor is the smell of the earth after rain. The word comes from the Greek petra, which means “stone” and the Greek ichor, which means “the liquid that flows in the veins of the gods” in Greek mythology.

- Dense pine forest, set back from the road to keep it quiet.
- A-frame houses carefully integrated into the forest.
- Minimalist paths, no asphalt.
- Grass that you can walk on barefoot.
Activities:
- Movie theater in the forest in an open space.
- Yoga and meditation area.
- Children’s playground.
- House in the woods with a vinyl player.
- Library with hammocks.
- Swimming pool 15*20 m.
- Private lake.

- A-frame houses 51 m2
While for everyone else nature is secondary and infrastructure is primary, for us it’s the other way around. We build houses into the forest, not change the forest for houses. We preserve the untouched nature wherever possible. We create a place where you will feel like you are in the wild, but with comfort.
