An authentic cottage town among the Carpathian mountains and forests.
The cottage town is being built with great respect for nature among century-old spruces near a small stream, hidden from the hustle and bustle. The complex has a large area with an outdoor pool, a fire zone, playgrounds and a walking route through the forest.
The project was developed jointly with the architectural and construction company COSMOS in. There are a total of 47 houses in the town, in which there are 63 rooms of different categories.

The cottage town consists of cottages of three types and an administrative building.

The principle position of the developer was to save every tree on the site.
The decoration of the cottages will be in restrained colors in the style of modern Ukrainian minimalism. Traditional natural material - shingles will be used in the decoration of the houses.
Incredible, surrounded by mountains, the relief area really hid from civilization and preserved in itself various herbs, mountain air and silence.
