Ribas Hotels Group, an international hotel operator, and PT VERTIKAL INDONESIA, an Indonesian company, have successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the implementation of partnership business activities on the system and standardization of hotel business and management of Just Residence apartments.
Just Residence is an investment project and a gated apartment complex designed for those who are looking for their own cozy corner in Bali. The complex is located in an incredible location - on the Bukit Peninsula. Its pearl is the most Instagrammed beach Melasti Beach. It takes 5 minutes by bike from the complex to the beach. The net annual profit after investing in the project will be up to 21% per annum.
The area of Just Residence is more than 5000 m2. It consists of 14 separate buildings with 4 floors each.
The complex's infrastructure includes parking spaces for cars and bikes, a tropical swimming pool, a gym, cafes and restaurants, a shop with European food, a recreation area on the roof top of each building, coworking, boutiques, and a conference room.
According to the agreement, PT VERTIKAL INDONESIA assumes the following obligations in the project:
- Ensure that the facility complies with the terms of the contract, the project presented to the investor, and general technical standards and regulations for urban development. Full responsibility for the quality and safety of the facility;
- to build the facility in accordance with the National Standard of Ukraine and standards of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel chain within the stated timeframe;
- to carry out finishing works and furnish rooms and common areas, as well as engineering systems that meet the standards of the Ribas Hotels Group hotel chain;
- be responsible for the sale of apartments and customer support for investors.
Ribas Hotels Group makes the following commitments to the project:
- Provide ongoing support, including training, management support and operational services at all stages of hotel construction and operation;
- ensure compliance with standards and requirements for technological planning of the hotel;
- monitor compliance with the standards and requirements of the Ribas Hotels Group during the operation of the hotel.
