The cottage town is being built with great respect for nature among century-old spruces near a small stream, hidden from the hustle and bustle. The complex has a large area with an outdoor pool, a fire zone, playgrounds and a walking route through the forest.
The project was developed jointly with the architectural and construction company COSMOS in. There are a total of 47 houses in the town, in which there are 63 rooms of different categories.
The cottage town consists of cottages of three types and an administrative building.
47 cottages of three types are planned:
- Duplexes (16 grouped by 2 houses with an area of 40 m² each);
- Cottages with an area of 50 m² with a bathtub on the terrace or a net for relaxation;
- Cottages with an area of 60 m² with a bath or tub on the terrace.
Respect for nature in this complex in many moments.
The principle position of the developer was to save every tree on the site.
The decoration of the cottages will be in restrained colors in the style of modern Ukrainian minimalism. Traditional natural material – shingles will be used in the decoration of the houses.
Incredible, surrounded by mountains, the relief area really hid from civilization and preserved in itself various herbs, mountain air and silence.
