ARHA Group Commissions AMA Family Resort Complex in the Village of Polyanytsia
Developer company ARHA Group has announced the commissioning of the AMA Family Resort complex in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, Interfax-Ukraine reports. The project is the company’s flagship and has been developed in the village of Polyanytsia — one of the region’s key tourist destinations.
The complex, with a total area of approximately 10,000 sq. m, has received a certificate from the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning (SIAUP), confirming that the facility meets state construction standards.
Transition to Operational Management
Operational management and launch of the complex will be carried out by international hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group. Preparations are currently underway for the registration of ownership rights for investors, after which the company will begin work on preparing the facility for opening.
The company notes that the hotel launch is viewed as a phased process that includes not only the opening itself, but also comprehensive preparation for operational activities. This involves building a team, setting up sales and booking systems, launching marketing channels, implementing operational standards, and verifying the technical readiness of the facility and service processes. This approach allows the complex to be fully prepared to welcome guests and reduces the risk of an ineffective start during the first months of operation.
Ribas Hotels Group already manages five hotel properties in the Carpathian region, and AMA Family Resort will become the sixth in its portfolio.
