Pet-Friendly Pop-Up by Mandra Petrichor and Le Silpo: How Ukrainian Brands Are “Hunting” for a New Audience — Pet Owners
From August 28 to 30, Mandra Petrichor and Le Silpo hosted a pet-friendly pop-up in Kyiv, bringing the atmosphere of a countryside getaway into the store’s gastro space.
At the heart of the pop-up was a small piece of Mandra Petrichor within Le Silpo’s urban space — a suitcase that looked as if it had been packed for an escape into the forest, with moss, stones, and natural details. Inside were gifts for four-legged guests: treats from Savory and an invitation to continue the experience outside the city.
The collaboration brought together two experiences: a gastronomic journey and a countryside getaway, united by the philosophy of the Ukrainian brands. Being pet-friendly is not a separate option or an additional service in business. It is part of the DNA of Le Silpo, Mandra Petrichor, and the Ribas Hotels Group ecosystem.
Le Silpo became the meeting point between this idea and the city. Guests could not only receive a gift for their four-legged friends but also discover a way of travelling where pets are not left waiting at home.
The Mandra Petrichor × Le Silpo collaboration showed how brands can create new ways of engaging with their audiences today — not through direct advertising, but through a small experience that people want to take with them.
The pet-friendly pop-up took place in Kyiv from August 28 to 30 at Le Silpo, 6 Baseina Street.
