Ribas Hotels Group launches Ukraine’s first online educational platform for hotel staff

Ribas Hotels Group announces the launch of Ribas Hotel Academy — the first Ukrainian educational platform of a new format created specifically for the hotel business.

Unlike classical online courses, Ribas Hotel Academy is a full-fledged subscription system that combines video and text modules, checklists, step-by-step instructions and monthly webinars with experts. The platform covers the full cycle of adaptation and development of hotel employees — without the need to create an internal training department or engage external trainers.

“We created Ribas Hotel Academy as a response to a real demand from the hotel market. Many hotels do not have the capacity to build internal training systems, but want to improve the quality of service. Our Academy is a practical, affordable and scalable solution for owners and managers: just one subscription and the team receives the knowledge, tools and support to grow. We are confident that by the end of this year we will have collected more than 300 subscriptions,” said Artur Lupashko, founder of Ribas Hotels Group.

What the training includes:

• online course for receptionists and maids;
• video tutorials, text materials, checklists and instructions;
• monthly webinars with experts from various fields, not just HoReCa;
• constant updating of the platform with new topics every month.

The platform is targeted at hotel owners and managers, HR specialists and training managers. There are no analogues of such a product on the HoReCa market.
