On October 20, the ceremony of Ukrainian Hospitality Awards 2026, the country’s leading professional award in the hospitality industry, took place at the InterContinental Kyiv. Ribas Hotels Management won the Hospitality Management Company of the Year category.
The ceremony was held by Hoteliero, a club of hoteliers and restaurateurs. More than 400 market leaders attended: hotel owners and managers, investors, architects, designers and restaurateurs. The winners were selected by a jury through a closed vote and an audit check. The day before, on October 19, the Ukrainian Hospitality Conference 2026 was held at the same hotel under the theme THE SHIFT. It speaks of a time of change, when established management approaches lose their force and a new logic of the hotel business is taking shape right now.
The Hospitality Management Company of the Year category is intended for operators who take on full or partial operational management of hotels. An expert council evaluates them comprehensively: the effectiveness of the business model and the financial results of the properties, service quality and consistent standards across all of the company’s hotels, the ability to adapt to change, work with the team, brand reputation, as well as the adoption of technology and new formats of guest engagement.
Today, Ribas Hotels Management operates 14 hotels of various formats, from city business hotels to resort complexes and apart-hotels. The company works both in Ukraine and on the international market.
This is not the company’s first award. In 2024, Ribas Hotels Management received an award from the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.
During the ceremony, Yuliia Kosenko, CEO of Ribas Hotels Management, thanked investors and developers. In her words, the company’s development would not have been possible without them, and their trust is the foundation of joint projects. She also thanked the team and the guests who choose the company’s hotels for their stays.
This recognition from the industry community became a pleasant conclusion to the year for the company.
