Ribas Hotels and Le Silpo Launch Pet Check-in: A Hotel Reception for Four-Legged Guests Arrives in Odesa

Ribas Hotels and Le Silpo have launched a joint pet-friendly pop-up in Odesa called Pet Check-in — a mini reception that brings the atmosphere of a hotel into the space of a capital-style gourmet market.
The idea behind the space is simple: at Ribas Hotels, guests come for a getaway, and their pets get their own welcome experience too.
Inside Le Silpo’s space, a mini reception styled after a Ribas Hotels front desk will appear. Here, four-legged guests can go through their very first “check-in” — receiving a welcome treat, water, and a small gift for their upcoming trip, including:
- special treats for furry guests;
- a water and food station;
- a Pet Welcome Bag with pleasant surprises;
- a postcard with a special offer for a stay at Ribas Hotels.
Genuine hotel-reception details set the mood: a bell, a key card, a “Do not disturb” sign, and other elements familiar to every traveler.
The collaboration carries forward Ribas Hotels’ philosophy: pet-friendly isn’t an add-on option — it’s part of the guest experience. At the network’s hotels, guests can travel together with their pets, since they’re considered part of the family.
Le Silpo became the meeting point for this idea and the city. Store visitors will be able to get a gift for their furry friend and learn more about a way to vacation where you don’t have to leave your pet at home.
