Mini-hotel Bortoli is located in the most colorful area of the city — on Torgovaya Street. Directly opposite the hotel, the same New Market, which began its active trading activity in 1810, is still located today.

It is interesting to note that this building once housed shopping malls designed by one of the most popular architects of that time, F.K. Boffo.
