Background

2014 — the launch of the first property in Odesa – a 6-room mini-hotel Ribas Aparthotel on Deribasivska Street. It was the official start of the company’s active development.
In April 2015, the office of the management company Ribas Hotels was opened with its first three employees, and management agreements were signed with three mini-hotels in Odesa and two recreation centers in Zatoka, Odesa region.
From 2015 to 2021, the company developed into a national hotel chain with a headquarters in Odesa and a representative office in Lviv.
2021 — launch of the YouTube channel “Ribas. All about the hotel business”, where Arthur Lupashko shares his experience in the hotel business and interviews owners and top managers of the most profitable and well-known hotels in Ukraine.
2023 — the company’s portfolio includes 28 hotels in Ukraine with more than 1000 rooms. 26 properties are under design and construction. In the same year, Arthur Lupashko’s book More Than Service was published: the book contains 240 pages of real-life cases of creating a customer-oriented and competitive business in Ukraine from leading business executives and well-known figures.

Our goal is to build a global chain of Ribas Hotels so that the whole world can experience the quality of Ukrainian service. We work with developers to select the most successful locations and create profitable and attractive concepts. In addition, we take other hotels under management and develop them.

The company's offices in Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Bukovel, and Bali employ more than 100 experts who are involved in all our projects. These are marketers, PR specialists, concept developers, project managers, architects, designers, lawyers, financiers, and analysts.

We actively promote investments in profitable real estate, expanding the community of investors — this is our path to lovemark status.
