Ribas Hotels Group enters the Kazakh market by participating in the Saba Tower project created by Saba Group.
"The introduction of an apart-hotel in Kazakhstan will be a profitable source of investment and will diversify the country's hotel offer. Such profitable projects are just beginning to appear on the Kazakh market, but we can confidently predict that this niche of real estate will actively develop and find a response from developers, private investors and, of course, guests of apart-hotels," said Artur Lupashko, founder of Ribas Hotels Group.
Saba Tower is a multifunctional complex consisting of 24 floors. It is located in the central district of Almaty. It includes retail space, class A offices and a four-star apart-hotel managed by Ribas Hotels Group.
This project with a total area of more than 27,000 m2 is characterized by a well-developed infrastructure, where each component interacts with the others. The office space is connected to cafes, restaurants, a fitness area and conference rooms, which makes people's stay in the complex as comfortable as possible.
The apartment hotel includes 130 rooms spread over five floors. The apartments are available for purchase by private investors. This provides an excellent opportunity to invest in real estate with guaranteed income and a quick return on investment, thanks to an experienced management company.
Mixed-use, a format for combining different real estate functions in one property, is a trend in the global market. It is in demand precisely because of its convenience for visitors. Such facilities allow people to save time traveling from place to place and often provide better service.
Ribas Hotels Group has been operating in the market since 2014. Ribas Hotels Group has 28 properties under integrated management and exclusive booking. Six of them were designed and built by the company. These are city, beach and ski hotels. The total number of rooms of the operator is more than 1000. Currently, the company is developing properties in such countries as Poland, Montenegro, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Georgia, Armenia, Italy, and East Asia.
