On July 31, CEC Parkovy hosted the INVEST IN UKRAINE congress, which marked a key event for the construction business and brought together leading industry professionals, including architects, builders, developers, an investment funds, business people, and government officials. Participants had the opportunity to discuss current trends, innovative technology and prospects for the real estate market.

In parallel with the congress, the 14th All-Ukrainian Architectural Competition Interior of the Year was held, which turned into a platform for the exchange of creative ideas in the field of architecture and design.

Artur Lupashko, the founder of Ribas Hotels Group, Iryna Marina, project manager of the company, and Dmytro Struk, development director of Kreator-Bud, took part in panel sessions to discuss:

Ihor Huda, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kreator-Bud, announced cooperation with Ribas Hotels Group in the WOL.100 project. This is a 76-apartment hotel in the very center of Katowice, located next to the city's largest park, the Kosciuszko park. The hotel’s infrastructure offers a cafe, lobby and reception, a fitness facility, and a roof top and a coworking space on the top floor. This partnership will create advantageous conditions for investors who will purchase apartments in the future aparthotel. Ihor Huda expressed confidence that this cooperation would open up new opportunities for the implementation of ambitious projects. After all, Katowice is growing rapidly thanks to the development of a large number of industries, which ensures a continuous flow of business tourists. According to Statistics Poland, every year Katowice is visited by about 1.2 million tourists.
